Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps or DevOps engineering with AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent deployment, promotion, or rollback workflows, such as evaluation gates, version comparison, or endpoint management.
- Experience with versioning and lifecycle management for LLM agents or ML models.
- Experience with immutable artifact versioning at enterprise scale using ECR and model registries.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with quality gates for AI systems.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore Runtime versioning is a nice to have.
- Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or PromptLayer is a nice to have.
- Experience with multi-environment agent promotion patterns, version comparison, and regression detection is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain an immutable agent versioning model that includes container images, prompt configuration, tool bindings, and policy associations.
- Manage AWS AgentCore Runtime versioning, including automatic version creation on image push and DEFAULT and named endpoint management.
- Design and enforce agent promotion workflows from dev to qa to prod, with evaluation gates before production release.
- Establish rollback patterns that restore previous agent versions and validate their functionality.
- Configure AWS ECR for agent images, including ARM64 tagging, lifecycle policies, and image signing.
- Integrate with the Agent Registry to register agent versions with evaluation results and promotion status.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize versioning and lifecycle practices across the agent estate.
