Requirements
- Have 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Be able to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Show a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, including the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
- Be comfortable using SQL or Python.
- Use SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit across growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Clarify the business question and decision an analysis is intended to inform.
- Define metrics and build reports.
- Run analyses and design experiments.
- Surface insights that move the team's key metrics.
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts.
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what next steps to take.
