Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 10+ years of industry experience.
- Have experience with Enterprise Linux, including SELinux policies, standard configuration and enforcement, and headless server management.
- Have strong networking fundamentals, including DHCP and subnetting.
- Have experience with virtualization platforms such as Proxmox or vSphere, including cluster configuration, VLANs, virtual switches, and network segmentation.
- Have experience administering monitoring or observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Have experience with Git and shell scripting.
- Have strong knowledge and experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Route 53.
- Have hands-on experience provisioning, orchestrating, or administering infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Have experience with release and deployment automation using Jenkins.
- Have experience managing configuration changes through structured change control, including Git-based branching, pull requests, and code review.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the PeopleFluent Hosting pipeline and automation infrastructure.
- Own the technical vision and architecture for the hosting infrastructure.
- Set direction across compute, networking, and platform services.
- Identify infrastructure optimization opportunities.
- Scale and secure the company's infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define requirements.
- Communicate technical design trade-offs.
