Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, build and release engineering, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, software delivery engineering, or closely related disciplines.

Master's degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, build and release engineering, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, software delivery engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD architectures for complex, multi-language software environments.
Hands-on expertise with Jenkins and modern CI/CD concepts.
Practical knowledge of AWS services used for software delivery and automation, particularly S3 and CodeArtifact.
Expert-level Infrastructure as Code experience, particularly with Terraform.
Strong Git and GitHub workflow experience.
Experience with build systems and packaging for C/C++, C#, and Python, including MSBuild, CMake, make, pip, and Poetry.
Experience developing Windows installers, Linux packages, deployment automation, and software installation solutions.
Scripting and automation capabilities using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable technologies.
Understanding of configuration management, package and dependency management, artifact lifecycle, traceability, software supply chains, and deployment strategies.
Experience integrating workflows with security tooling, including SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets scanning, artifact scanning, and dependency scanning.
Experience with monitoring, observability, metrics, and engineering reporting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or SonarQube.

Lead the architecture and implementation of CI/CD capabilities for platform-based software development across R&D.
Design and improve build, release, packaging, and deployment automation across Windows, Linux, and AWS environments.
Build delivery systems for C/C++, C#, and Python software projects.
Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code and environment automation using Terraform and AWS services.
Modernize Jenkins-based CI/CD workflows and contribute to a scalable AWS-based delivery architecture.
Integrate development workflows with enterprise infrastructure and security toolchains in collaboration with R&D, IT, CloudOps, QA, and security teams.
Implement monitoring, metrics, alerting, and automated engineering reporting for build, testing, release, and deployment processes.
Design and maintain Windows installers, Linux packages, and deployable system images.
Manage third-party software lifecycles, including licensing, dependencies, version planning, upgrades, and integration into controlled build environments.
Integrate security automation into CI/CD workflows, including scanning and dependency controls.
