Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Have strong familiarity and working knowledge of ServiceNow tools, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, and Knowledge Base.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills as a developer independent of the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrate competency in IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, and PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
- Have experience working on project teams that use Agile/Scrum.
- Have experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles.
- Have experience translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Have experience with application implementation and support, and enterprise monitoring.
- Have experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis/modeling.
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Provide architectural input and apply appropriate design and development standards.
- Work across multiple instances and domains to support internal and external customers.
- Use Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.
- Advise functional and administrator teams on ServiceNow design, development, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business, systems, and technology partners to develop business and systems requirements.
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Facilitate and support the rollout of ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Analyze system performance issues and identify performance enhancements.
