Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Demonstrate strong JavaScript skills, including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
- Have deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Have experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Have hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Understand the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
- Have experience with Service Portal widget development.
- Hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
- Preferred: hold a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential.
- Preferred: hold Certified Implementation Specialist credentials in ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM.
- Preferred: have experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller, familiarity with App Engine Studio, or exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
- Configure and develop workflows using Flow Designer.
- Write scripts and extend the ServiceNow platform.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Customize ServiceNow user interfaces.
- Develop Service Portal widgets.
- Apply practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.
- Troubleshoot issues across the ServiceNow platform.
