Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Demonstrate extreme proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong financial modeling skills.
- Be able to manage complex files and improve their efficiency and usability.
- Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and stakeholders while balancing short-term requests with long-term projects.
- Understand accounting and financial statements; valuation experience is a plus.
- Bring strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Understand complex data and present it clearly, including through data visualization.
- Have experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools.
- Work during the Pacific time zone.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain financial files tracking customer incentive programs and related revenue adjustments.
- Design customer financial incentives with the GTM organization to drive incremental revenue.
- Assess incentive effectiveness, accretive revenue, and future deal desk strategy through quarterly post-mortems.
- Model strategic initiatives to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Address data requests for high-impact initiatives and clarify business composition and operational drivers.
- Track incentive-related revenue adjustments and project adjusted revenue for live and expected deals.
- Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to ensure revenue adjustments and incentive impacts are accurately and promptly reflected.
- Own the primary KPI file and maintain key metrics for Board meetings, strategic planning, and business reviews.
