Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong financial modeling skills.
- Be able to manage, reconcile, and improve complex financial files and tracking models.
- Understand accounting and financial statements; valuation experience is a plus.
- Bring strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Be highly organized and able to manage competing projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate sound business judgment and an interest in learning how the business operates.
- Be able to interpret complex data and present it clearly, including through data visualization.
- Have written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Have experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools.
- Work during the Pacific time zone; attend in-person gatherings at least once per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain financial files tracking customer incentive programs and related revenue adjustments.
- Work with the GTM organization to design customer financial incentives that account for customer circumstances, needs, and performance.
- Assess the effectiveness of deal desk incentives, including accretive revenue, and recommend strategy changes based on quarterly reviews.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives and provide financial modeling and analysis to support senior leadership decisions.
- Address cross-functional data requests for high-impact initiatives and clarify business composition and operational drivers.
- Track revenue adjustments from customer incentives and project adjusted revenue from active and expected deals.
- Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to ensure revenue adjustments and customer incentive impacts are accurately reflected.
- Own the primary KPI file and maintain the accuracy and accessibility of metrics used in Board meetings, strategic planning, and business reviews.
