- Two to four years of experience developing and maintaining relationships in an outreach-related role - OR - prior Sales/Business Development Representative experience. OR - a minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in mental or healthcare, sales, referral relationship development, or healthcare business development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, a clinical field, or a related discipline, or a minimum of 3–4 years of progressive experience in mental or healthcare, sales, referral relationship development, or healthcare business development.
- Two to four years of experience developing and maintaining relationships in an outreach-related role, or prior Sales/Business Development Representative experience.
- Experience finding prospective referral sources, soliciting new business, and closing sales opportunities.
- Proven track record of cold calling, outbound sales, and CRM records management.
- Experience managing, analyzing, and reporting on data attributes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within inflexible time frames.
- Ability to build and sustain genuine, impactful relationships and interact professionally with internal and external individuals.
- Comfort working autonomously in a remote, multi-location environment.
- Located within 25 miles of a major metropolis.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing, proof of acceptable auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for site visits and events.
- Google Suite proficiency; familiarity with platforms such as Monday.com and EHR/EMR platforms when applicable.
- Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure new referrals from emerging and established referral partner organizations.
- Travel within the assigned territory for onsite drop-ins, meetings, and B2B and B2C events.
- Conduct cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and onsite delivery of print materials.
- Use referral and patient-location data to identify opportunities and tailor sales messages.
- Coordinate with Marketing on digital and print materials and outreach messaging.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM records of outreach, visits, relationship status, referral processes, and next steps.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, and outcomes against territory goals.
- Map territory organizations, including hospital systems, primary care groups, colleges, and insurance networks.
- Maintain partner communication and conduct regular check-ins and onsite visits.
- Share weekly relationship updates and collaborate with internal teams on outreach strategy and best practices.
