- Two to four years of experience developing and maintaining relationships in an outreach-related role, or prior Sales/Business Development Representative experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in mental or healthcare, sales, referral relationship development, or healthcare business development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, a clinical field, or a related discipline, or a minimum of 3-4 years of progressive relevant experience.
- Two to four years of experience developing and maintaining relationships in an outreach-related role, or prior Sales/Business Development Representative experience.
- Experience finding prospective new referral sources, soliciting new business, and closing sales opportunities.
- Proven track record of cold calling, outbound sales, and CRM records management.
- Experience managing, analyzing, and reporting on data attributes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within inflexible time frames.
- Located within 25 miles of a major metropolis.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing, proof of acceptable auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for site visits and events.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and diverse technology platforms; Monday.com and EHR/EMR platforms may be used when applicable.
- Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude.
- Able to work autonomously in a remote, multi-location environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure referrals from new and emerging partner organizations.
- Travel within the assigned territory for onsite drop-ins, meetings, and B2B and B2C events.
- Conduct cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and onsite delivery of print materials.
- Use referral and patient-location data to identify opportunities and tailor outreach messages.
- Coordinate with Marketing on digital and print materials and aligned outreach messaging.
- Maintain detailed outreach, visit, and relationship records in Salesforce CRM.
- Prepare reports on referral lead generation, conversion, engagement, and outcomes.
- Maintain partner relationships through regular check-ins, onsite visits, and tailored strategies.
- Address partner feedback and referral-process concerns in coordination with Operations.
- Share relationship updates and outreach insights with internal teams.
