Requirements
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with customers and internal personnel.
- Be proficient and accurate with Word and Excel, including intermediate spreadsheet skills.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks while delivering results.
- Be able to follow instructions and perform tasks.
Responsibilities
- Work with merchants, merchant success team members, and other ShipBob departments to deliver value.
- Create Warehouse Receiving Orders from shipment documents and resolve Unidentified Receiving Orders.
- Create and manage internal and external inventory transfers.
- Create and track B2B orders, Fulfilled by Amazon orders, and work orders.
- Schedule inbound and outbound dock appointments using OpenDock Nova or applicable tools.
- Monitor the merchant app for red flags and coordinate with merchants and ShipBob departments to maintain order flow.
- Monitor shared Teams channels and email for queries, escalations, and day-to-day communications.
- Provide custom merchant reporting using tools such as Retool and Power BI.
- Create bills of lading, parcel shipping labels, and pallet labels.
- Coordinate with ShipBob operations to ensure accurate and timely shipping of B2B and retail orders.
