- A paralegal certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft comprehensive demand letters outlining liability, damages, and settlement terms.
- Manage pre-litigation cases, including reviewing medical records and accident reports.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to achieve settlements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and communicate with them throughout the case.
- Conduct legal research to ensure documentation is accurate and legally sound.
