Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in information security, cybersecurity, or a closely related technology market.
- Meaningful accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Experience building, establishing, or scaling channel and partnership sales programs.
- Experience with reseller, channel, technology alliance, or cloud marketplace relationships.
- Track record developing, negotiating, launching, and expanding strategic partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience leading and developing sales or channel teams, with clear strategy, performance metrics, operating cadence, and accountability.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex partner organizations.
- Strong commercial judgment and analytical skills, including using performance data to guide decisions and prioritize investments.
- Experience developing scalable operating models and adapting partnership strategies in changing environments.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, legal, customer success, and product organizations.
- Strong change-management skills, including introducing new operating models and AI-enabled approaches with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Experience building partnerships within the AWS ecosystem or other major cloud marketplaces is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own partnership sales strategy, revenue objectives, operating rhythms, accountability structures, and execution plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven Channel Account Managers.
- Assess the partner landscape and focus resources on high-potential relationships and sales motions.
- Establish AI-native workflows for partner identification, prioritization, enablement, forecasting, and execution.
- Define and monitor partnership performance metrics, including productivity, pipeline contribution, and investment effectiveness.
- Build executive-level relationships with strategic resellers, technology alliances, and cloud marketplaces.
- Develop partnerships from strategy and negotiation through launch, enablement, expansion, and performance management.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal, Customer Success, and Product to align priorities and strengthen partner programs.
- Establish scalable processes for partner planning, forecasting, enablement, performance management, and executive reporting.
