Bring about 8+ years of experience crafting brand systems, graphic design, and web design.
Demonstrate hands-on fluency with a modern CMS or visual web platform, such as Webflow or HTML/CSS.
Be able to take a website from design through build, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
Show experience building design systems or component libraries, including brand kits, templates, or asset libraries adopted by non-designers.
Demonstrate design range across visually distinct domains or audiences while maintaining a recognizable through-line.
Be able to turn complex scientific and AI subject matter into clear visual designs.
Have experience establishing a brand or web practice from scratch and working independently.
Use AI tools actively in your workflow.
Be able to write and present ideas to gain support.

Set the creative direction for the SandboxAQ brand and evolve its visual identity, design system, guidelines, components, and brand architecture.
Shape a cohesive parent brand and supporting assets across the company’s six domains.
Design, build, launch, and maintain sandboxaq.com and related properties directly in the CMS.
Create conference and event graphics, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, and executive and go-to-market materials.
Build templates, brand kits, asset libraries, and repeatable processes that enable company-wide self-service.
Develop AI-assisted workflows to help the design team scale.
Partner early with product designers, creative media, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
Brief external partners and maintain design standards for overflow or specialist work.
