Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Have insurance expertise and the ability to guide and evaluate P&C decisions.
- Hold at least one active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License.
- Be able to identify data requirements, analyze data, and review reports.
- Be able to motivate others in a proactive, positive, and firm manner.
- Bring empathy for agents and customers.
- Bonus: have experience with early-stage or high-growth tech startups.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an agency expert on P&C and ensure decisions are high quality.
- Review reports on individual agent performance and service results, analyze data, and use findings to inform operational changes.
- Coach and mentor a team of 8–10 agents to achieve strong customer experiences and maintain accountability.
- Monitor inquiry volume, agent schedules, and schedule adherence, adjusting team coverage to support demand.
- Suggest improvements to internal processes and program results, including cross-selling and upselling techniques and customer experiences.
