Requirements
- Have 5+ years of frontend development experience overall.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with Vue, TypeScript, Nuxt (or similar), and Vite.
- Demonstrate strong Vue 3 and TypeScript fundamentals, including component architecture, state management, and accessibility.
- Have experience with legacy Vue 2.
- Have experience consuming REST APIs via shared SDKs and with form validation.
- Apply solid coding practices, including code review, testing with Vitest and Vue Test Utils, and CI.
- Use strong system design judgment around tradeoffs, edge cases, and performance budgets in the browser and pipeline.
- Use AI coding tools daily and critically review AI-generated code.
- Communicate clearly across teams, scope ambiguous work, and flag specification gaps.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Vue/Nuxt frontend applications for ticketing, point-of-sale, and back-office configuration.
- Establish and maintain shared internal SDKs, component libraries, and boilerplate used across frontend teams.
- Set up agent-assisted workflows and review work before it merges.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to surface specification gaps and identify when work is not ready.
- Set the quality bar through code review and test coverage, catching bugs in human- or AI-written code.
