SalaryFor candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this position ranges from $17 to $35 per hour. Competitive profit-sharing bonus plan, with up to 50% of company profits paid to full-time employees each month.

Requirements
- Demonstrate mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Have experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Show a strong understanding of core design concepts and fundamentals.
- Be familiar with web accessibility requirements.
- Provide a strong portfolio showcasing website design experience.
- Present materials to clients professionally.
- Perform well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Have a reliable remote workstation, including a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and reliable power.
- Preferred: knowledge of HTML and CSS, including development limitations relevant to web design.
- Preferred: portfolio experience designing eCommerce websites or web app dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Design unique, client-specific logos, brand guides, and design systems from scratch.
- Design wireframes, website mockups, and related graphics for desktop and mobile devices.
- Create designs based on creative briefs, client goals, and supporting project materials.
- Draw vector icons and other illustrations.
- Attend and participate in client meetings.
- Work with Digital Producers to plan designs that support client goals.
- Collaborate with copywriters, SEO team members, developers, and other teams to establish project vision.
- Analyze tradeoffs between usability, visual design, accessibility, and performance needs.
- Prepare clean, organized design files for handoff to developers.
- Complete projects on schedule while following the company’s methodology and quality standards.
