Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Bring strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Engagement; experience with the Sales module is preferred.
- Have very good knowledge of CRM customisations, plugins, and workflows.
- Have strong development skills in C# and .NET.
- Have hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage Accounts.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Have experience developing and supporting integrations.
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
- Be fluent in English.
- Kafka, Snowflake, WSO2, broader enterprise integration experience, and knowledge of API-driven and event-driven architectures are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, primarily the Sales area.
- Design and implement CRM customisations.
- Develop plugins, workflows, and custom backend components using C# and .NET.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Work with Azure Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage Accounts.
- Support automated build and deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain and improve existing CRM components.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, integration specialists, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to the Agile product team.
