Requirements
- Have professional experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Have strong knowledge of C# and .NET.
- Have practical experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom components.
- Have experience with Microsoft Dataverse, workflows, business rules, and CRM customization.
- Understand JavaScript/TypeScript and web technologies used for Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Have experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Understand CRM implementation processes, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Power Platform experience, particularly with Power Automate and Power Apps, is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement custom functionality, workflows, plugins, and integrations within Dynamics 365.
- Develop solutions using Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform where required.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and services using APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Analyze existing solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements for system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with CRM Consultants, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and business users throughout development.
- Participate in solution testing, deployment, and maintenance across development, test, and production environments.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to code reviews and improvements to development standards.
