Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365; experience may come from any module.
- Know Dynamics 365 and Dataverse configuration and customization, including data models, tables, relationships, forms, views, and business rules.
- Have experience creating Dynamics extensions using C#/.NET and JavaScript.
- Have experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.
- Be able to assess when standard Dynamics 365 capabilities are sufficient and when customization is justified.
- Be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Be able to work independently on an assigned area and collaborate with BA, QA, developers, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution supporting Sales, Presales, and Marketing.
- Implement business requirements using standard Dynamics 365 capabilities where possible.
- Build extensions and customizations when justified by the requirements.
- Work on the Dataverse data model and configuration.
- Create extensions and integrations with other systems and services.
- Participate in migrating data and functionality from HubSpot and the existing Dynamics environment.
- Analyze requirements with the BA and technical team and propose implementation approaches.
