Job Details

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies

Have 3+ years of programmatic experience at a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech company.
Bring hands-on media-buying experience building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs.
Have experience with The Trade Desk and DV360; these platforms are preferred.
Demonstrate programmatic media planning and buying experience.
Have experience building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
Understand how programmatic, paid, and organic channels work together to achieve client KPIs.
Have experience driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month.
Be able to collaborate with internal teams and work directly with clients.
Bring analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
Be able to balance multiple projects effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams to create media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Use first-party and third-party data for audience targeting and segmentation.
Develop and implement programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance and pacing goals.
Generate and analyze performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
Identify and resolve campaign performance and delivery issues.
Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams on campaign execution.
Serve as the primary client contact for campaign updates and strategy adjustments.
Present campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
