Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual design, in-house or in an agency setting.
Required Skills: Figma

Have a minimum of 8 years of visual design experience in-house or in an agency setting.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Have experience applying visual design across web, mobile product, digital campaigns, video, and print.
Provide a portfolio of strong branding work across varied contexts, with a focus on brand systems.
Have experience working with motion designers to conceptualize and build motion as part of a broader brand system.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and business partners to translate project needs, audience insights, and constraints into design decisions.
Balance multiple projects and independently prioritize work according to project objectives and business goals.
Work proactively and independently on a small team.

Create a cohesive brand experience across the app, App Store, website, campaigns, paid media, lifecycle, content, and other brand touchpoints.
Maintain and expand a flexible brand system that scales with the needs of the business.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to define how the visual identity is expressed across experiences and channels.
Partner with Product Design to bring the brand into the product experience.
Brief and collaborate with external partners in illustration, motion, video, and agency engagements.
Design through iteration, experimentation, audience insights, and performance data.
Ensure consistency across marketing channels while identifying opportunities to evolve the visual system.
Provide thoughtful design feedback across Marketing, Product, and Design teams.
