Requirements
- Have proven experience in People Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytical discipline, ideally applied to organizational or workforce challenges.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and predictive analysis.
- Have experience with applications such as turnover prediction or organizational network analysis.
- Have advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Have a solid foundation in statistics and applied methodology, including experimental design, hypothesis validation, and model evaluation.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, business-relevant narratives for diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and C-level audiences.
- Have a track record of mentoring or providing technical leadership to less experienced analysts.
- Be fluent in Portuguese and have advanced English for code, documentation, tools, reference materials, and meetings with international senior stakeholders.
- Apply strong attention to detail and rigor to data quality and accuracy.
- Work independently on ambiguous problems, structure analytical questions, and develop solutions where established approaches may not exist.
- Demonstrate communication and stakeholder management skills to build trust and influence decision-making through data.
Responsibilities
- Own complex People Analytics problems from defining organizational hypotheses through methodological validation and translating findings into decisions.
- Develop analytical solutions, including predictive models, experiments, and data-driven approaches to workforce challenges.
- Apply statistical modeling and predictive analysis using Python or R to investigate workforce patterns.
- Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced SQL, ensuring outputs are reliable and validated.
- Design and apply statistical methodologies, including experimental design, hypothesis validation, and model evaluation.
- Translate technical findings into clear narratives and actionable insights for leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Partner with People teams and managers to anticipate organizational challenges and support preventive or mitigating actions.
- Develop data products and analytical outputs that provide reliable sources of truth for workforce decisions.
- Improve analytical methods, processes, and approaches.
- Mentor less experienced analysts and provide technical guidance to raise team standards.
