- Be comfortable reaching out to businesses and potential referral partners.
- Work independently and manage your own leads.
- Sales, event planning, hospitality, wedding industry, or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with incoming party and group leads.
- Reach out to wedding planners, bridal businesses, venues, event professionals, and wedding-related companies.
- Prospect local businesses and organizations for corporate team-building opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential referral partners.
- Follow up consistently with interested groups.
- Answer questions and help potential clients choose the right experience.
- Coordinate with the DivaDance team to get events officially booked.
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Look for new ways to generate party and group bookings.
