Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional web development experience, including at least 3 years working with Next.js.
- Have proven experience working effectively in a fully remote environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Have strong knowledge of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Have hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks and component libraries such as Tailwind, Material UI, or Joy UI.
- Be familiar with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms.
- Have experience using state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Be familiar with modern front-end build pipelines, development tools, and workflows.
- Bring troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities and communication and collaboration skills.
- Be organized, flexible, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities in a distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features and experiences using Next.js and modern front-end technologies.
- Build clean, maintainable, well-documented code aligned with established engineering practices.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, responsiveness, and overall performance.
- Assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into front-end implementations.
- Collaborate with back-end developers, web designers, and cross-functional teams to improve usability and product experiences.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing web applications.
- Conduct performance testing and help ensure application responsiveness, stability, and consistent behavior across platforms and devices.
- Manage priorities independently and contribute proactively to team objectives.
