Job Details

Have 4+ years of experience building and running production software.
Have deep expertise in at least one of: architecture and design of high-throughput, scalable systems; building agents and integrating them into production software; or real-time voice agents, including telephony, STT, TTS, and latency budgets.
Have a working understanding of how LLMs are built and how they behave.
Have solid experience with Python, SQL, and event-driven design.
Have experience with cloud platforms; GCP is preferred.
Have experience leading complex, ambiguous projects from ideation through maintenance.
Have experience providing technical oversight and mentoring colleagues.
Communicate fluently and confidently in English.
AI proficiency is expected at least at Explorer (Level 1): using AI daily to boost personal productivity.
Experience shipping LLM-powered features with observability and evaluations is a plus.
Experience in healthcare or another regulated domain is a plus.
Experience designing experiments and interpreting results is a plus.
Experience serving several clients from one codebase is a plus.

Design, deliver, and continuously improve AI agents, including real-time voice agents, and the LLM-powered products around them.
Build and scale the production backend and platform behind the agents, with high volume, throughput, and reliability in mind.
Integrate agents into software flows.
Bring new models into the platform and establish benchmarks and evaluations to assess them.
Own architecture and design decisions across agents, the voice pipeline, and the platform.
Define practices, raise the bar in reviews, and mentor colleagues.
