Requirements
- Have a track record of taking creative ideas through to finished, multi-format artwork at pace and on a regular basis.
- Bring strong motion and video craft, with After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Provide a portfolio that demonstrates motion work, not only static design with limited animation.
- Have hands-on experience designing paid social and digital ad formats for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and GDN.
- Be experienced with vertical, short-form, and UGC-style content and using data to improve results.
- Confidently develop campaign ideas, rather than only executing others' concepts, and proactively bring ideas to senior leadership.
- Flex into a cheeky, irreverent tone while maintaining brand consistency across evolving formats.
- Be comfortable switching between senior-level brand work and quick asset requests.
- Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and generative AI tools in your workflow.
Responsibilities
- Take always-on paid social creative from concept through delivery, targeting conversion and engagement benchmarks.
- Develop goal-focused campaign ideas independently and bring them to the senior team.
- Create motion, animation, and video, and lead motion work across the studio.
- Support larger brand activation briefs, including photography, motion shoots, and events.
- Support the Marketing Design Lead on major brand campaigns and evolve the brand look and feel.
- Design campaign visuals and digital content for paid, organic, and owned channels, including social, video, landing pages, and UGC.
- Prototype quickly and iterate using modern workflows, including generative AI tools.
- Use performance data and insights to optimize creative for the company's ideal customer profiles.
- Give peer feedback and provide light-touch mentoring to junior studio members.
