Responsibilities
- Translate strategic business goals into functional specifications and process designs.
- Support the rollout and adoption of products and solutions across target markets.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather user feedback.
- Manage system configuration requirements.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and process maps.
- Perform manual QA testing and identify defects.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the product meets business standards.
