Job Details

Have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Have strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understand data modeling concepts.
Have experience with distributed systems or platform-based architectures and web-based systems development projects.
Have proven experience in migration projects and complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams.
Have experience working in fixed-price project environments and across complex system landscapes and integrations.
Have experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements and writing high-level and technical user stories with acceptance criteria.
Understand Agile methodologies.
Have very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Have practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in software delivery.
Be able to work from the European Union region and have a work permit.

Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into high-level and technical user stories with acceptance criteria.
Support backlog management, refinement, and prioritization with Product Owners and development teams.
Coordinate with multiple teams to maintain alignment and consistency across solutions.
Participate in system migrations and platform transformation initiatives.
Analyze and support data models and relational database structures.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on solution design.
Support requirement validation and user acceptance testing.
Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Contribute to solution design for web-based and distributed systems.
