Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Consultant.
- Have experience working in a technical environment alongside Solution or System Architects.
- Have practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Have experience with one or more diagramming, mockup, or UI design tools.
- Bring business-domain knowledge in one or more of commercial excellence, CRM, omnichannel marketing, marketing automation, or analytics.
- Be able to perform business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation and analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, quality assurance, or process improvement.
- Have a Lean-Agile mindset.
- BPMN, UML, and SQL are listed as required skills.
Responsibilities
- Break down high-level feature goals and architectural items into technical user stories and development requirements.
- Co-manage and refine the team backlog, drafting acceptance criteria, user scenarios, and data mappings.
- Map system workflows, data models, and API logic across the technical stack.
- Collaborate with system architects and external vendors on technical assessments, solution definition, and validation.
- Connect systems, components, and engineering teams to resolve dependencies.
- Support developers by answering functional, logical, and technical questions.
- Support sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective sessions with the Scrum Master/RTE and Product Owner.
- Write acceptance criteria and testing scenarios, and drive and sign off on User Acceptance Testing.
- Conduct data and gap analyses to assess business-case feasibility and prepare the backlog for prioritization.
