Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Architect, or Platform Engineer.
- Several years of formal team management experience as a manager.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid professional Java development experience.
- Practical knowledge of IaC, containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience designing and maintaining Internal Developer Platforms or similar platform tools.
- Experience with artifact repository systems such as Artifactory or Nexus.
- Practical knowledge of DORA metrics and experience implementing self-service tools and automation for product teams.
- Experience with GitLab, including GitLab Runners, GitLab CI/CD, and infrastructure integration.
- Knowledge of scalability, performance, security, and cost management for technical platforms.
- Experience working with distributed remote teams.
- Practical proficiency with Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar; scripting with Python, Go, Bash, or Shell; and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/OpenSearch.
Responsibilities
- Ensure development tasks are completed according to established technical standards.
- Support the Product Manager in coordinating team activities around technological solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to design solution architectures.
- Identify and mitigate obstacles in the development process to maintain team efficiency.
- Monitor ongoing work and help resolve technical issues.
- Support team growth through training, mentoring, and regular 1:1 meetings.
- Manage technical debt and delegate tasks to support team autonomy.
- Build a culture of open feedback and facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops and guilds.
