Requirements
- Hold a Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) certification; this is mandatory.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega programming and platform development.
- Have experience with Pega Constellation.
- Have documented experience designing and developing enterprise-class Pega applications.
- Have practical experience with Pega 8.x, including case types, flows, UIs, rules, and data pages.
- Have a strong understanding of REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.
- Have English proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.
- German language knowledge is a plus.
- Availability ASAP is preferred; a notice period of up to one month, ending at month-end, is acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership and oversee technical direction for a greenfield public-sector project.
- Support parallel software delivery streams for the project.
- Design, build, and maintain application components on the Pega platform.
- Implement end-to-end case lifecycles, data models, integrations, business logic, and user interfaces.
- Ensure solutions follow Pega guardrails, design patterns, and best practices.
- Contribute to solution design, estimates, and refinement sessions.
- Conduct code reviews and guide less experienced developers.
- Collaborate closely with Business Architects, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, DevOps practices, and engineering standards.
