Requirements
- Hold the Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certificate; this is mandatory.
- Have at least 5 years of practical software development experience on the Pega platform.
- Have documented experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega solutions.
- Have strong knowledge of Pega 8.x, including case types, flows, UI, rules, and data pages.
- Have practical knowledge of system integrations, including REST, SOAP, and batch/file-based integrations.
- Have English proficiency of at least B2+ for daily work with an international team.
- Experience with Pega Constellation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced application components on the Pega platform.
- Implement end-to-end Case Lifecycle Management, data models, business rules, and user interfaces.
- Create and optimize system integrations, including REST, SOAP, and file interfaces.
- Enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and Pega Guardrails.
- Conduct code reviews and provide subject-matter support to less experienced team members.
- Participate in solution design sessions, estimations, and refinement.
- Work closely with Business Architects, QA specialists, and DevOps engineers.
- Develop engineering best practices and support CI/CD in the Pega ecosystem.
