Requirements
- Have practical professional experience creating or updating finance presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Have a background in corporate finance, investment banking, investment research, FP&A, financial analysis, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial information and accuracy with numerical data.
- Apply strong attention to detail when checking figures, tables, charts, labels, and presentation formatting.
- Write clear, precise English instructions, task objectives, and evaluation criteria.
- Translate realistic professional workflows into focused, well-defined presentation tasks.
- Work reliably with deadlines and review requirements, and revise work based on reviewer feedback.
- Work with Excel files or other supplied source materials; financial modelling is not the core responsibility.
- Produce human-authored prompts, evaluation criteria, and input materials.
- Share only materials for which you have appropriate authorisation.
- Provide relevant professional background, PowerPoint experience, expected start date, and weekly availability.
- Be prepared to complete a task proposal and review as part of the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Develop realistic PowerPoint tasks grounded in corporate finance, investment banking, investment research, FP&A, or related financial work.
- Define a precise, achievable presentation outcome for each task.
- Provide source materials and objective criteria for evaluating completed presentations.
- Create tasks that produce editable PowerPoint outputs rather than static presentations.
- Review figures, labels, charts, tables, formatting, and presentation consistency against source materials.
- Ensure task instructions and evaluation criteria are clear and do not rely on unstated assumptions.
- Incorporate reviewer feedback and revise submissions to meet quality and accuracy requirements.
- Collaborate through the task proposal and review process and respond to feedback in a timely manner.
