Requirements
- Hold a completed higher education degree; a degree in Technology or a related field is desirable.
- Have solid professional experience in technology implementation and/or customer-facing technology services.
- Have essential knowledge of the pension/retirement benefits business.
- Have experience with functional specifications and ERP projects.
- Communicate orally and in writing, translating business needs into clear requirements and documentation.
- Demonstrate interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, including negotiation and building productive client relationships.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to different client and project environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database-query support tools is desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps is a plus.
- Knowledge of remote-support and helpdesk solutions such as Freshdesk is desirable.
- Experience with agile methodologies is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support system implementation activities, including configuration, testing, training, homologation, and handover to technical support.
- Act as an intermediary between clients and internal teams to identify, clarify, and resolve business and system-related issues.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Development, Projects, and Customer Support teams throughout implementation and service engagements.
- Gather requirements from clients to understand their operational needs, processes, and expectations.
- Document functional requirements and specifications using Microsoft DevOps and other designated tools.
- Follow up on requests, coordinate testing, and maintain documentation of activities, outcomes, and system changes.
- Meet with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support delivery.
- Identify process improvements and propose changes to increase operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
