Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have professional experience supporting ERP and/or PLM systems.
- Have experience with product launches, product variants, lifecycle management, or related commercialization activities.
- Have hands-on experience with SAP and Windchill.
- Work confidently with product and master-data processes.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including investigating issues and identifying root causes.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and execution discipline when handling product data, validations, launch milestones, and compliance requirements.
- Have experience working in a regulated environment and understand data integrity, process controls, documentation, and compliance.
- Experience with data analytics, Power BI, SQL, or automation is valuable.
Responsibilities
- Execute ERP and PLM processes for new product launches, product variants, lifecycle management programs, and product changes.
- Create, maintain, and execute product master data in ERP systems according to established standards and controls.
- Coordinate system setup activities and commercialization milestones to support launch readiness across product portfolios.
- Review data quality, validate systems, investigate master-data and process issues, and resolve problems affecting business execution or launch timelines.
- Manage lifecycle-management purchase order activities and coordinate requirements with business and project stakeholders.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and R&D teams on system readiness for new product introductions, line extensions, variants, and updates.
- Maintain process documentation and support audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to automation, reporting, and data-validation solutions.
