Requirements
- Experience delivering and operating software in enterprise production environments.
- Understand governance, resilience, reliability, and operational requirements at scale.
- Debug integrations, build custom agents against APIs or legacy systems, configure platform clusters, and work across distributed systems.
- Experience with Java-based services and React interfaces, or ability to work quickly across comparable technology stacks.
- Practical production experience with AI-powered applications, prompt engineering, context management, agent testing, and evaluating integration trade-offs.
- Ability to understand and explain generated BPMN workflows and technical concepts to engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Communicate technical topics to engineering, architecture, and business leadership audiences.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, make sound technical and operational decisions, and document emerging best practices.
- Be willing to use the product as part of the role.
- Be willing to travel occasionally as required.
Responsibilities
- Own deployments from initial process files through production workflows and ongoing improvement.
- Establish customer outcomes, including operational workflows and active improvement loops.
- Build and customize product features, AI agents, and skill files.
- Configure platform environments, clusters, and integrations, and troubleshoot failures across distributed systems.
- Develop custom agents and integrations when standard platform capabilities do not meet customer requirements.
- Work with engineering, architecture, business, and customer stakeholders to drive adoption.
- Document implementation patterns and build a repeatable deployment playbook.
- Train customer teams to operate the solution and use ongoing improvement results.
- Share engineering insights from deployments with product development and platform teams.
