Requirements
- Be PGY4 or above.
- Be able to obtain a provider number to facilitate pathology testing only.
- Do not use MBS attendance item numbers; refer and request only.
- Hold valid medical indemnity insurance.
- Be comfortable using technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.
- Make timely, accurate referral decisions based on clinical expertise.
- Be steady under pressure.
- Choose shifts on your own schedule, with a minimum of 15 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth consultations with patients.
- Assess, screen, and diagnose patients.
- Prescribe medication where appropriate.
- Deliver prompt, empathetic care on the platform.
- Adhere to platform guidelines and policies.
- Complete all required training.
