Requirements
- Be a qualified Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration without restrictions.
- Have demonstrated experience in primary care conditions.
- Have valid medical indemnity insurance.
- Be able to obtain a provider number for pathology testing only; MBS attendance item numbers are not used.
- Work at least 10 hours per week.
- Be available for weekend coverage, with shifts primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Have experience using technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.
- Make timely, accurate referral decisions based on clinical expertise.
- Communicate clearly with patients, health professionals, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth consultations with patients.
- Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication for patients as necessary.
- Follow platform guidelines and policies and complete required training.
- Provide prompt and empathetic care through the platform.
