Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience as a CSM, AE, or in another customer-facing strategic role.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Be able to learn Wiz offerings and pricing with agility.
- Preferred: have a track record working with Fortune 100 customers using cloud-based technology.
- Preferred: have experience managing strategic customers and solving complex engagement challenges.
- Preferred: have a deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
Responsibilities
- Own customer projects and initiatives focused on cloud security, collaborating with account, product, engineering, and customer teams.
- Influence stakeholders and support communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Build relationships across customer organizations, from technical teams to the CISO level.
- Connect Wiz's value to customer initiatives and encourage adoption of secure solutions.
- Guide customers through post-onboarding adoption and the implementation of cloud security practices.
- Identify strategic cloud opportunities, including deeper product use and expansion to new business units.
- Support total cost of ownership analysis and business case assessments aligned with customer security objectives.
- Define milestones, remove blockers, and establish processes for secure workload migrations.
- Develop customer training strategies and governance structures that support cloud security awareness and adoption.
