Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls about auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Uncover potential savings and coverage gaps for customers.
- Explain complex policy details as clear, easy-to-understand choices.
- Build tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Finalize customer coverage.
- Address customer hesitation and concerns with empathy.
- Share direct customer feedback with the product team to help refine the app and services.
