Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Have 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults.
- Be comfortable providing therapy through telehealth.
- Be comfortable using computers, electronic health records, and video conferencing technology.
- Previous telehealth experience is helpful but not required.
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through the secure telehealth platform.
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
- Build therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams when additional support is needed.
