Requirements
- Hold a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Have experience in the fintech industry, preferably.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Bring delivery-oriented and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication and reporting skills.
- Bring problem-solving and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project plans based on requirements documents for fixed-cost or progressive projects.
- Manage scrum teams and support effective cooperation among team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings using Agile methodologies.
- Review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos for stakeholders.
- Manage resource use and task allocation among team leaders.
- Collaborate with business analysts on documentation and technical guides for end users.
- Promote company and project standards in deliverables.
- Prepare status reports and conduct regular project status meetings.
- Coordinate with other technical project managers on project management practices and methodologies.
