Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Sales recruitment experience is an asset.
- Have a strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
- Be proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage candidates through online platforms, job fairs, employment centers, and employee referrals.
- Conduct virtual candidate screenings and interviews.
- Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
- Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with field teams to identify staffing needs and support onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and organized records using the applicant tracking system.
- Stay current with recruitment industry trends and best practices.
- Create recruitment and sourcing strategies and tools to increase applicants and market awareness.
