Requirements
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth.
- Have hands-on expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Apply performance marketing fundamentals, including LTV:CAC efficiency and attribution, in day-to-day execution.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and Excel.
- Translate performance data into decisions and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Have experience with conversion rate optimization, landing pages, and funnel optimization.
- Work effectively in fast-paced, remote environments and stay organized and self-directed.
- For the Sr. Manager level, bring 5–7 years of experience and hands-on ownership of mid-size paid media budgets.
- For the Director level, bring 7+ years of experience, end-to-end ownership of larger multi-channel budgets, and experience building a growth strategy or function from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Set the foundation for acquiring, converting, and retaining Patiently customers.
- Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across Meta and Google, from campaign architecture through daily optimization.
- Drive conversion rate optimization across the funnel, from ad click to purchase.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks across paid channels and translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead the site experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, test design, result interpretation, and scaling successful tests.
- Develop growth marketing plans aligned with revenue objectives and broader organizational goals.
- Track and report conversion metrics and channel efficiency to inform budget and strategy decisions.
