Requirements
- Have shipped generative pipelines adopted and used daily by other people.
- Have production-grade workflow experience with ComfyUI or similar technologies, or equivalent code-first experience such as diffusers.
- Have strong Python skills for automation, API integrations, and custom nodes.
- Have trained LoRAs end-to-end, from dataset curation to evaluation.
- Know generative control techniques across t2i, i2i, i2v, and v2v, including ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, and reference conditioning.
- Have experience deploying pipelines as internal tools.
- Have enough visual literacy to set the quality bar; a design portfolio is not required.
- Have confident English at B2+ level.
- Nice to have: experience with 3D/render-hybrid workflows using Blender or CAD renders as geometric ground truth with generated environments.
- Nice to have: experience with LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, automated prompt generation, or VLM-based QC.
- Nice to have: experience producing visuals for performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Architect and run the AI Media Production platform, including ComfyUI or similar engines, GPU environments, and one-click UIs.
- Ship modular, versioned, reproducible generative pipelines using node-based and/or code-first workflows such as diffusers.
- Develop one-click presets and use cases for image and video generation.
- Train LoRAs end-to-end, from real product photography through evaluation to production-ready models.
- Build ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, and reference conditioning into generation pipelines.
- Engineer automated quality checks against product references before human review.
- Encode successful creative assets into reusable presets and styles.
- Own the technical roadmap with the Design Director, qualify new models and tools, and drive adoption through enablement.
