Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of software development experience, including 4–5 years focused extensively on ReactJS and modern frontend ecosystems.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Understand React fundamentals, hooks, state management patterns, and component-driven architecture.
- Have experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Understand frontend architecture patterns and scalable project structure.
- Have experience integrating with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Have working knowledge of backend technologies, with Node.js preferred, and full-stack development principles.
- Understand HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling solutions.
- Have experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
- Be familiar with automated testing strategies and testing frameworks.
- Have experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Communicate excellently in English, both written and spoken.
- Be able to work independently and collaborate across time zones in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and testable UI components.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and contribute to backend integrations and server-side logic.
- Ensure application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize applications using code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based workflows, and cloud deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and lead refactoring initiatives to address technical debt.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
