- Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN), with 3 years direct clinical care to the consumer in a clinical setting or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), which includes 2 years of clinical practice to obtain their LPC or LMSW license. Plus 3 years wellness or managed care experience presenting clinical issues with members/physicians.

Requirements
- Hold an RN license with 3 years of direct clinical care to consumers in a clinical setting, or be an LPC or LMSW with 2 years of clinical practice toward obtaining the license.
- Have a current, valid, unrestricted license in the state of operations or reciprocity.
- Compact licensees changing permanent residence to the state of operations must obtain active, unrestricted RN licensure there within 90 days of hire.
- Have 3 years of wellness or managed-care experience presenting clinical issues with members or physicians.
- Have knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends.
- Have verbal and written communication skills for discussing medical needs with members and interfacing with internal staff, management, external vendors, and community resources.
- Have analytical experience, including medical data analysis.
- Be willing and able to travel within the assigned territory.
- Be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have database and web-based application experience.
- Preferred: 3 years of clinical experience, patient education experience, condition management experience, or transition-of-care experience.
- Preferred: experience managing complex or catastrophic cases.
- Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Preferred: certification in case management, training, project management, or a nationally recognized health care certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical management programs for customers on government health care programs.
- Conduct health education programs for customers on government health care programs.
- Gather data for regulatory reports.
- Analyze data for regulatory reports.
- Provide data for regulatory reports.
- Represent the company to members.
