Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong exposure to full-stack development.
- Bring professional experience in object-oriented backend development, particularly Java and Spring Boot.
- Have strong frontend experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Have experience using AI coding assistants or a strong interest in agentic development workflows and prompt-driven engineering.
- Be able to critically review AI-generated code and assess whether implementations are robust and production-ready.
- Understand secure software development and modern application security principles, including current threat landscapes.
- Have experience owning applications across design, development, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
- Be self-directed and comfortable working autonomously with limited meetings and minimal supervision.
- Have professional fluency in English.
- Be curious, adaptable, and willing to learn emerging AI-assisted engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Own product development within an autonomous engineering team and collaborate with Product Managers to define priorities and solutions.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot on the backend and Angular and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Use AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate coding, testing, and delivery.
- Review AI-generated code for functionality, architecture, scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Own software delivery from system design and implementation through cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Apply application security practices and identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Shift between frontend and backend priorities based on product impact and business needs.
- Make technical decisions in an autonomous, results-oriented engineering environment.
