Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in business, operations, data/engineering, or a related field.
- Have 5-8 years leading large or multi-workstream delivery in AI data, content review, labeling/annotation, or adjacent domains.
- Bring program-level experience in high-volume environments.
- Have experience with vendor management and capacity planning.
- Have a record of managing client relationships and running governance cadences.
- Demonstrate program planning and portfolio governance across multiple projects.
- Have team leadership experience in goal setting, coaching, delegation, and performance feedback.
- Communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders.
- Use spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and BI dashboards; familiarity with SQL/ETL concepts is a plus.
- Apply SOPs, QA gates, and acceptance criteria in quality processes.
- Exercise judgment on scope, time, cost, and quality, including negotiation and escalation.
- Be comfortable working with global, distributed teams and have advanced English.
Responsibilities
- Define program goals, roadmaps, milestones, and operating models across multiple projects and vendors.
- Lead PMs and Coordinators through goal setting, capacity planning, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Own day-to-day client relationships, governance, planning, and reviews; align scope, priorities, and changes.
- Partner with Quality on guidelines, audits, acceptance criteria, corrective actions, and program outcomes.
- Plan rater and annotator capacity and optimize shifts, handoffs, automation, and tooling for high-volume targets.
- Build and manage budgets, margins, and change orders, aligning commercial and delivery commitments.
- Maintain program risks, issues, and change controls; lead root-cause analyses, remediation, and escalations.
- Standardize SOPs, templates, and dashboards, and pilot and scale automation with Ops Tech.
- Ensure adherence to data-handling, privacy, and platform-access policies.
- Coordinate with Sales/Account, Quality, Operations, and Vendor Management.
